Randy Jennings (1966)

Carroll and I became friends late in life when his dedication to our veterans and my need for medical attention through the VA Medical System. Carroll worked with me for months to this end, believing that my health problems were because of my US  military service and  exposure to "Agent Orange" exfoliant used during the Vietnam war era. It was determined that my diabetes and renal failure was indeed a service related compensatable injury.

I have a great respect for Carroll for the time that he put in helping hundreds of local veterans just like me, through the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). His compassion for these injured war veterans proves he has gone above and beyond the call of duty to bring relief to these deserving soldiers.

Knowing the Prosser family for over 50 years through my relationship his little brother Paul makes it even harder to say goodbye. RIP Carroll you have done your duty to God and Country in excellence. To all of the Prosser family, please accept my sincere condolences for you loss.

Randy Jennings
