JACK'S OBITUARY
Jack Martin, 74, died Wednesday, December 10, 2014. He was born July 2, 1940 in Horry County, a son of the late Julius Monroe "Babe" and Elizabeth Johnson Martin. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one son, Jason Lane "Happy" Martin; three brothers, John Henry Martin, Rabbitt Martin and Snooks Martin; two sisters, Agnes Dunn and Mary Edwards. Jack was a very smart business man who was always involved in a new adventure. He was respected by all and hated by a few. Jack will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and brother. Mr. Martin is survived by his wife, Janice Gunter Martin; one son, Jack Matthew Martin (Melissa) of TN; two daughters, Jenny Martin of Conway and Tracy Wilson (Tommy) of TN; two stepsons, Joseph Gunter and Joshua Gunter; two sisters, Harriett Hayes of Murrells Inlet and Dolores Martin Zdunczyk (Harry) of Socastee; three grandchildren, Daleigh Martin, Audrey Wilson and Amber Wilson; very special nephew and lifelong friend, Bobby Martin; special nephew, Wyn Hill; special friends, Holmes and Rachelle Martin Adams of Conway and Joseph and Sara Adams of Conway.
