Cancellation Policy

Pine Lakes requires the Seahawk Luncheon to give them notice at least 5 days  in advance as to how many classmates will attend the lunchoen. If you have signed up for a particular luncheon there will be a cancellation date announced with the registration of that luncheon.  If you must cancel after that date you will be required to pay for both you and any guest you have registered for that luncheon, unless 
we have additional guest that arrive without registering whos payments make up for the total cancelation. Clear records will be kept on date and time of all cancellations. We do not want to penalize any classmate that have to cancel but sometime it will be necessary.
